Bellevue, WA. (July 19, 2021) —Alliance Residential is constructing Holden of Bellevue, a premier senior living community that is the first of a three-phase project in downtown Bellevue. It will be followed by an independent living community in phase two and a multifamily project in phase three.
The new community, located at 121 112th Ave NE Bellevue, WA 98004, began construction in February 2020 and is anticipated to open in late fall 2021.
Rethinking the traditional senior housing model, Alliance Residential is building a 7-story Assisted Living and Memory Care community designed to offer its residents urban surroundings and modern hospitality amenities. Its location is in close proximity to the city’s trendy restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, public parks, and museums.
The 136-unit community will offer apartments that cater to residents seeking assisted living while also reserving a separate, community for memory care residents. The 110 assisted living residences will be located on floors 3-7, while the 26 memory care apartments will be located on the second floor around a central courtyard.
Holden of Bellevue offers residents access to a range of culinary experiences, including a spacious dining venue and a public bistro. Beyond exceptional dining, the community offers state-of-the-art wellness, complete with a yoga studio, salon, activity areas, family gathering spaces, and more. At the street level, Holden of Bellevue is designed to have an enhanced pedestrian experience that includes park-like elements.
The community’s full-service model also provides for convenient, weather-protected pick-up and drop-off, valet parking, housekeeping, and transportation.
