STK Steakhouse is now open. It is located where Palomino was previously, at Lincoln Square. The address is 610 Bellevue Way Northeast.
The restaurant was originally slated to open on July 19, but was postponed after having to wait on permitting, according to a representative for the steakhouse. Their first dinner service was on July 21st.
Featured on the menu are salads and starters like baby gem caesar and crispy calamari, raw bar, shellfish platters, small to large steaks, and surf & turf. They also have various sauces, toppings, Macaroni & cheese, signature butters, and desserts.
The space also serves as an event venue and private dining. Their private event rooms seat 20 people per room, and host 40 guests for a seated dinner.
This is the first location for STK Steakhouse in Washington. They have 15 restaurants open throughout the US, as well as 9 internationally.
The eatery is open for lunch and dinner. Their hours are daily from 11am to 3pm, Sunday through Thursday from 3pm to 11pm, and Friday and Saturday from 3pm to 12am. They are also open for happy hour Monday through Friday from 3pm to 6:30pm.
Happy Hour at STK features half off specialty cocktails, bites ranging from $2-$8, and $10 Justin Cabernet and Whispering Angel Rosé.
