The holiday season is upon us and Downtown Bellevue has found ways to spread fun and joy for both kids and adults. Below is a quick list of activities to participate in from Thanksgiving through the month of December.
From November 26th until December 31st, Garden d’Lights will be happening daily from 4:30pm until 9:00pm. The displays are on a well-lit pathway. The average time it takes to see the lights is 30-45 minutes. The cost is $8 per person, 11 years and older, and children 10 and under are free. Tickets must be purchased online and are date and time specific. Premium parking in the Garden’s lot is available for $5 per car. Free parking is available at Wilburton Hill Park.

Starting November 25th through December 24th, The Bellevue Collection puts on a nightly parade that is free to all. Snowflake Lane features characters, music, and falling snow. The parade will take place on the sidewalks between Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square from Northeast 4th Street to Northeast 8th Street. It happens every night at 7pm and last for about 20 minutes. Parking is available at any of the Bellevue Collection’s free parking garages.
The Bellevue Downtown Ice Rink will be opening on November 18th through January 8th. It is open daily, including holidays. Tickets can be purchased in advance on the website. Season passes need to be purchased in person. Admission fees include skate rental. Weekday and weekend prices vary. It is located at the Bellevue Downtown Park.
Bellevue Gingerbread Workshops
KidsQuest Museum’s annual Gingerbread Workshop event is happening on November 25th and 26th at Hyatt Regency Bellevue. Fill your candy box and create your gingerbread house. All ages are welcome.
The museum will also be having a Gin and Gingerbread workshop for adults, ages 21 and over. This will include building your own gingerbread house and sipping on adult beverages. The event will be taking place Friday, December 9th from 5:30 to 7:00pm.
