The fine dining seafood restaurant, Water Grill, is now open at Lincoln Square in Downtown Bellevue. The address is 700 Bellevue Way Northeast.
The dinner menu features appetizers like Atlantic cod fish tacos and pan roasted halibut cheeks, sushi like smoked hamachi nachos, rolls like spicy lobster, a raw bar, chilled shellfish, iced shellfish platters, salads and sandwiches, crustaceans, whole fish, meat and more.
The dessert menu includes treats like key lime pie, chocolate espresso ganache cake, and daily homemade ice creams and sorbets.
A full bar is available, serving drinks like aperitifs, cocktails, draughts, cans and bottles, wine, and champagne.
Beginning on Wednesday, December 7th, opening week hours for dinner are are 4pm – 10pm Wednesday and Thursday, 4pm to 11pm Friday and Saturday, and 4pm to 10pm Sunday through the following Tuesday. On Wednesday, December 14th, the restaurant will open for lunch and hours will be 11am to 10pm.
The original location opened in Downtown Los Angeles in 1989. There are also locations in San Diego, Santa Monica, Costa Mesa, Denver, and Las Vegas.
Water Grill is owned by King’s Seafood Co. The company’s restaurants also include King’s Fish House and 555 East Steakhouse in Long Beach.
This location was previously occupied by McCormick & Schmick’s. The seafood restaurant closed in July 2020 after having been open for 15 years.
