Sizzle & Crunch Vietnamese Grill is set to open in Bellevue. It will be located at Amazon’s 1001 Office Towers, next to The Red Dogg. The address is 10438 Northeast 10th Street.
The restaurant offers made-to-order Vietnamese meals, from sandwiches and rice bowls, in a modern counter-serve setup. The eatery features crunchy bahn mi dishes, vermicelli bowls and salads, topped with meats or tofu and your choice of fresh toppings.
Sizzle & Crunch pickles their own carrots, mixes their marinades in-house, and grills the food in small batches. According to the website, their “line-style” set up expedites the ordering process.
The restaurant space is 2,116 square feet and the interior architect for the project is Catch Design Studio.
This marks the first Sizzle & Crunch establishment on the Eastside. It is joining its existing counterparts in Seattle’s University District, South Lake Union, and Federal Way.
According to Eater Seattle, owner Paul Nguyen, launched the fast-casual restaurant soon after he graduated from the University of Washington. The article explains that Sizzle & Crunch first gained a loyal following in the U District and two years later, opened its second location in South Lake Union.
The Vietnamese Grill is situated next to The Redd Dog on Northeast 10th Street. The Redd Dog is a U-Pour-it-pub, serving beer, wine, cider, and pub food. The establishment is dog-friendly, providing treats for sale and a specially designed food menu for dogs. It recently opened in April 2024 on the ground level of 1001 Office Towers.
