R + M Dessert Bar will be hosting several pop-up events featuring a variety of seasonal and signature desserts. These events will take place at Ashton Bellevue, located at 10710 NE 10th St in the lobby. The pop-ups are scheduled for November 26 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by additional dates on December 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, and 23, also from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

The pop-up dessert menu will include:

  • Pumpkin Bread
  • Pumpkin Spice Cake
  • Gingerbread Raspberry Tart
  • Triple Chocolate Cake
  • Marionberry Truffle Tart
  • Strawberry Rhubarb Tart

In addition to these seasonal offerings, R + M will also feature its signature items, such as the apple tart and milk chocolate and caramel tart. Customers can preorder items for pickup at the pop-up on November 26 through the R + M website.

R + M Dessert Bar, which was founded in Capitol Hill by chefs Rod Gambassi and Marc Adams in November 2017, is known for its innovative dessert concepts. The new Bellevue location, set to open in early 2025, will feature a takeaway boutique offering desserts and wines to go, including packaged items like cookies, granolas, gourmet nuts, and snack mixes.

It will also have seating for up to 20 guests for dine-in experiences, including the R+M Dessert Experiences, Afternoon Tea, and a chef’s menu. A private dining/lounge area will be available for groups of six or more.

The Bellevue location aims to enhance the R+M experience with a sophisticated setting and better parking options, while the Capitol Hill location continues to be a neighborhood favorite.
