Zoom, the well-known videoconferencing technology company, is set to lease office space in downtown Bellevue, as indicated by city permits. The company will occupy one floor of the Symetra Center, located on 108th Avenue Northeast.
The company will occupy the 19th floor of the building, covering approximately 18,943 square feet. The space has been recently renovated with modern tech-inspired finishes.
Symetra Center, a 25-story building, offers convenient access to the East Link light rail station, along with nearby shopping and dining options. On-site amenities include electric vehicle charging stations, Café Hagen—a Scandinavian-inspired café—and fitness facilities with showers.
Symetra Center, managed by Broderick Group, currently has additional floors available for lease, with a total of 71,416 square feet of space. The building’s leasing brokers are Grant Yerke and Matt Schreck.
This marks Zoom’s first office in the Puget Sound region. The company is headquartered in San Jose, California.
Café Hagen opened in September 2024 in the retail space of Symetra Center. The café features Scandinavian-inspired coffee from Hagen Coffee Roasters. The menu highlights Scandinavian-style dishes and snacks, offering breakfast, brunch, lunch, specialty coffee, wine, and cocktails. Known for its emphasis on homemade baked goods, the café uses traditional Scandinavian pastry recipes, house-made sauces and syrups, and freshly prepared brunch items.
