Skyline Tower Bellevue

Walmart has announced the opening of a new office location in Bellevue, specifically designed for its campus associates in the Greater Seattle area. A company spokesperson confirmed the site will be located in the Skyline Tower at 10900 NE 4th Street. This move emphasizes Walmart’s recognition of the Seattle/Bellevue area as a key region for its operations.

Walmart’s main headquarters will remain in Bentonville, Arkansas, while the company’s primary U.S. campus hubs will continue to operate in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York/Hoboken. Smaller offices in various U.S. cities will also remain operational, maintaining Walmart’s widespread presence.

The new Bellevue office is designed to enhance the associate experience with modern amenities, more space, and convenient on-site parking. Its location across from the light rail and transit station ensures easy accessibility. The office will prioritize collaboration by providing flexible spaces for both small team meetings and larger group gatherings, fostering in-person teamwork.

Walmart plans to move into the Bellevue office in late spring 2025. The relocation will occur in phases over several months as the company completes the build-out of the new space.

Globally, Walmart operates over 10,600 stores and e-commerce websites across 19 countries. By the end of 2024, the company employed approximately 2.1 million associates worldwide, with 1.6 million based in the United States.
