From Intimate Gatherings to Large Celebrations, Bellevue Club Fits Every Event

Planning an event often comes down to finding a space that fits both the size of the group and the format of the gathering. Bellevue Club, located on Southeast Sixth Street, offers a range of event spaces suited for corporate functions, private celebrations, and everything in between.

The venue is open to everyone, meaning businesses, organizations, and individuals can book the space without a Club membership.

The property has five primary event spaces that can be arranged for different group sizes and setups. The Olympic Ballroom is the largest, with the ability to divide into multiple sections to accommodate events ranging from smaller gatherings to receptions of more than 200 guests. Adjacent to the ballroom, the Atrium offers a naturally lit setting with skylights and lounge seating, commonly used for cocktail hours or pre-event gatherings.

Three additional rooms; the Plaza Boardroom, Enatai Room, and Medina Conference Room, are designed for smaller groups of 16 to 30 guests. All five spaces include audio/visual equipment and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Event bookings include a standard set of amenities: room setup and cleanup, professional service staff, tables and chairs, and full table settings with linens, china, glassware, and flatware. Seasonal floral arrangements and tabletop accents are also provided as part of the setup.

Food and beverage services are handled in-house. Menu options include plated dinners, buffets, family-style meals, food stations, and hors d’oeuvres receptions, with menus built around Pacific Northwest ingredients and tailored to each event.

Beyond the main event spaces, the Club’s virtual golf studio, The Links, can host smaller groups of up to 10 for informal gatherings or team-building events, and food can be ordered from Splash, one of the Club’s on-site restaurants.

For groups looking for event space in Bellevue, the Club offers options across a range of sizes and formats, with catering and coordination managed on-site. Learn more at https://www.bellevueclub.com/gather.
