Bellevue Lifespring and Uber have partnered to bring you the simplest donation drive you’ve been a part of. If you have clothing you’d like to donate and the Uber app, you’re set. On Sunday, September 9th from 10AM-4PM you can request Uber to come pick up your clothing, which will be donated to Bellevue Lifespring. The sales from the clothing help to support programs that help to feed, clothe, education and provide emergency assistance to Bellevue’ children and families that are in need.
Here’s how it works:
- Bag up your clothing such as jackets, shirts, pants, blouses and any other new or gently used clothing you’re willing to donate. Bellevue LifeSpring accepts clothes for the whole family!
- Open your Uber app between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 20th (available in Bellevue and Mercer Island only).
- Request GIVE at the bottom of the screen.
- If you’re connected, an Uber will arrive to pick up your items and will drop off your donation to Bellevue LifeSpring!
