A new residential development is being planned for Bellevue. High Street Residential, a division of Trammell Crow Company, has applied for Design Review approval for a project located at 11040 Main Street. This development, referred to as “High Street Residential”, proposes the construction of a mid-rise building with seven to eight stories.

The proposed building will cover approximately 420,511 square feet and will consist of 350 residential units. The units will include both market-rate and affordable housing options. The project will also feature around 117,200 square feet of below-grade parking and mechanical space.

The development plan includes significant improvements to the surrounding infrastructure. These include a new bike lane dedication along Main Street and widening of the sidewalk to enhance the right-of-way. Additionally, new landscaping and trees will be planted along the street frontage, and a new public plaza will be established, providing over 3,000 square feet of open space.

The project will replace the existing commercial office building, currently occupied by John L. Scott, which will be demolished. John L. Scott will move to a new office location.

The development, designed by Weber Thompson, is scheduled to begin construction in spring 2026.
