Downtown Bellevue Liquor Store Expands Hours of Operation

The Washington State Liquor Control Board announced last Wednesday that beginning July 1, 2011,WA_liquor_store all state liquor stores will have the same operating hours. In addition to the added uniformity of the hours, closing times will be extended from 9 PM to 10 PM on Friday and Saturday nights. This extra hour on the weekend is intended to offer added convenience and bring in more revenue for the state. Between now and 2013, this new standardization is expected to produce an additional $800,000.

Downtown Bellevue’s liquor store is located at 1100 Bellevue Way NE. Its new hours of operation will be Monday – Thursday, 10 AM – 9PM, Friday & Saturday, 10 AM – 10PM, and Sunday, 12 PM – 5 PM.

    This has been long overdue. More standardized and dependable hours only makes sense for a business that has a storefronts in so many locations in the state of Washington.
