The Wall Street Journal published an article on Tuesday featuring local developer Wright Runstad & Co., the developer of the Spring District project just outside of downtown Bellevue. The article focused on how the project will start demolition this week, which hopefully will lead to the first phase of the 36-acre office and apartment project.
When complete the project will cost a projected $2.3 billion. The first phase of this project will include two office buildings with 490,000 square feet.
The project is still looking for tenants to occupy the space once complete.
