Seattle Times article on Thursday reported on a 15-story office tower on 108th Ave that began construction after long delays this week. Bentall Capital U.S. has been planning since 2005 to begin construction on this project, and it is now finally underway.

This new office building will allow for 15-stories of space for tenants to occupy and seven stories of underground parking.

Currently there, is the Summit Ridge building which was constructed in 1970.

The project is slated for completion in December of 2009.
