In my humble opinion, it is important to note that these are “projections” – which can also be translated into “guesses”.

where are those Boeing employees at?
Boeing has a big office in Eastgate, I’m not sure if that accounts for all of them, but I’m sure it accounts for a very large part.
I wonder why they left out Bellevue School District which easily has 2,100 employees… and I’m sure the City of Bellevue has a ton too!
