stirThis weekend Solstice Restaurant Group, the power behind Twisted Cork Wine Bar and 0/8 Seafood Grill, debuts their newest concept added to Bellevue Place – STIR, a new drinking and dining wonderland. A magical mix of creative cocktails and Northwestern Asian food will make this new martini and raw bar the newest hot spot.

The contemporary, hip restaurant will offer all-day dining and customized cocktails. The bar will even be complete with an “ice encrusted vodka tap,” which will dispense cool vodka at its perfect temperature. To keep your own cocktail at perfect temperature, the bar will also have a shaved-ice lining to act as your personal drink cooler.

STIR will be open daily from 11am – 1am.  Its Wintergarden patio in Bellevue Place, will also be open for the next couple of months for casual, outside seating.  You can enjoy Happy Hour from 4-6pm & 10-close daily.  Here’s a sneak peek at some of STIR’s signature cocktails and food:

  1. I got a chance to tour the space yesterday, the lighting is going to ‘define’ this space, definitely worth checking out when they get their permit to open.

  2. 0/8 Is an awesome place to eat and see a show. Totally underrated on Yelp. Their breakfast is insanely good too.

  3. Stir has some really excellent food, I especially liked their Beef Udon. They use a high quality beef and the key is they don’t overcook the beef, delicious! You Should also try their Crab Salad, I found that the smaller portion was ample.

  4. Went tonight and also had the Beef Udon and can say it was phenomenal! Also many people may not know about their desserts, which are very inexpensive and tasty. I suggest the Pear and Fig Gyoza and the fried green tea ice cream as well.
