The Bellevue Downtown Association announced Tuesday the winners of its 2010 Haute Picks. The Haute Picks are in their 8th annual year and are awards are given to people, places, and experiences that community members vote on from February 27th to April 2nd, to recognize businesses that are the best of Downtown Bellevue.
