Seattle development company Schnitzer West may be planning to construct an office building on property owned by Bank of America in downtown Bellevue, according to a report in the Daily Journal of Commerce.
The DJC reported that Schnitzer West recently approached the city of Bellevue to inquire about constructing an office tower at 415 106th Ave. NE. Further details were not immediately available.
The .88-acre property is located across from Bellevue Towers, on the superblock where Kemper Development Co. intends to expand Lincoln Square.
Plans for the Lincoln Square expansion include 545,000 feet of office space, as well as a hotel, a residential tower, retail space, and an underground garage.
