Bellevue’s “Class A” Office Space Lowest Vacancy Rate in Country

According to Skyline Review report (as originally reported by PSBJ), Bellevue’s vacancy rate for Class A office space is the lowest in the country at 3.9%. The average vanacy rate throughout the country is just over 13%. Bellevue rents are about $41.50 per square foot, which is over 9% higher than one year previous.
