Downtown Bellevue Bank of America SiteSchnitzer West has begun construction on a temporary Bank of America branch while the current location at the corner of 106th Ave NE and NE 4th St will soon be demolished.

The temporary branch will be constructed at10833 N.E. 2nd St and is planned to open December 8th, which is a week prior to the 106th Ave Bank of America branch being demolished.

The new 16-story project, Centre 425 at 106th is currently planned for completion in the summer of 2016. The project will include 360,000 square feet of rentable space for businesses, and 8,000 square feet for retail. Other amenities include an onsite conference and training center, fitness center, on-site concierge, a landscaped terrace and a great room.

Once the project is complete Bank of America will lease 6,400 square feet at the base of the building.

  3. So odd for BofA to build this, they have a branch in the Bravern just 4 blocks away. Strange business decision, waste of money.
