Lincoln Square Tower Expansion Topping Off Ceremony

Lincoln Square Topping Off Event
The Lincoln Square expansion of the Bellevue office tower has reached a milestone. In a ceremony Friday morning, the last beam was erected, topping out the 31 story office tower. Upon completion, the addition will deliver an additional 710,000 square feet of Class A office space to The Bellevue Collection.

Today it was confirmed by Kemper Freeman that Steve Ballmer has leased all 25,300 square feet of the top floor (30th floor), and more recently been reported that investment firm Stifle Nicolaus has signed a lease for 14,500 square feet of space on the 20th floor of 450-foot tall tower.

The office space is expected to be open by the end 2016.
