Hotel 116 - BellevueCoast Bellevue has operated a 175 room hotel in Bellevue for many years. As part of a major refurbishment announced by Coast USA, the property will be renamed Hotel 116. The company operates properties in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California and Hawaii.

The hotel is currently undergoing a $2 million modification, including new exterior improvements for signage, landscaping, new room furnishings, renovated bathrooms and poolside enhancements.

Company management believes that the name Hotel 116 connotes a more contemporary feeling that will better match its Eastside tech clientele.
Concurrently, the area around 116th Ave NE is also a new growth area for Bellevue, with recent store openings such as Chick-fil-A and REI.

Seattle-based GGLO designed designed the hotel renovation and Elements Hospitality, Lynden, is the contractor for renovation construction.
