Salesforce, the popular CRM software company has moved into their new home in downtown Bellevue at Nine Two Nine Office Tower. The move is expected to be enough for 500 employees within their 75,000 square feet that has been leased.
The building has 19-stories and 402,000 square feet in total. The lobby of the building features amenities allowing for many comfortable meeting areas including a fireplace, several tables, comfortable chairs, couches and a conference room.
AdColony, a mobile advertising company has leased an entire floor within the building, as well as Wood Harbinger, an electrical, mechanical, industrial, technology and commissioning company currently that appears to have a permit for just over 17,000 square feet on the 6th floor of the building.
Other tenants are expected to join Salesforce later this year.
