The KidsQuest Children’s Museum’s new facility in downtown Bellevue will open January 31, 2017 at 1116 108th Ave NE. KidsQuest Children’s Museum is a 15,000 square foot interactive museum for for kids from infants to eight years old.

New exhibits will include: a newly designed water gallery with a toddler splash area, a scale Big Rig PACCAR semi-truck cab, an exploration zone, and a performance stage. In addition, there’s an oversized train table, a two story climbing area, classrooms, and an art studio complete with a kiln.

After a walkthrough of the Museum last week, it’s clear that KidsQuest will rival the Seattle Children’s Museum and will likely be a favorite for kids and parents alike. The attention to detail and localization of Bellevue is unmatched.  The projected attendance in the first year is expected to be 240,000 people.

There will be a formal ribbon cutting at 8:30am on the 31st with the Mayor of Bellevue and other officials.
