Minamoto Japanese Cuisine opened in March at the base of Alley 111 apartment building. The downtown Bellevue restaurant offers Japanese dishes such as sushi and omakase.
Minamoto is led by chef Dylan Xu who most recently worked as a chef in New York City. The restaurant has modern decor and features both fine dining seating as well as a bar.
