Southern Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão has opened its first Washington State location at Lincoln Square expansion.

The menu features a robust list of savory, fire-roasted meats, prepared and carved tableside for each guest by a team of Brazilian-trained gaucho chefs.

If meat is not your thing restaurant goers can enjoy Market Table and Feijoada Bar, which includes seasonal salads made with locally sourced ingredients, soups, fresh vegetables, Feijoada (Brazilian black bean stew), and Brazilian side dishes.

Bellevue’s culinary team is led by Head Gaucho Chef Sidenei Zanin. He learned the gaucho style of cooking twenty years ago in São Paulo, Brazil.

The full Churrasco experience that includes Market Table and Feijoada Bar is $34.95 at lunch and $49.95 at dinner.

Fogo de Chão can be found at Lincoln Square within the first floor on Bellevue Way.
