Bank of American Signs Lease at Lincoln Square Expansion
According to an announcement by Kemper Development Company, Bank of America will lease 3-floors and 76,000 square feet of office space within Lincoln Square expansion at 400 Lincoln Square.

The new Bank of America office will offer customer facing space for clients of Merrill Lynch, Merill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group and U.S point.

Bank of America is planning to move into the building in the second half of 2018 in the South office tower of the Lincoln Square expansion.

The downtown Bellevue location will allow for a stronger collaboration for the company’s lines of business, resulting in a central location that will be able to service all financial needs.
