All menu items are inspired by sustainable, seasonal, and natural ingredients.

Not only is the food a focus when it comes to sustainability, but also, much effort has been put into finding sustainable building material for the restaurant. Many of their locations use certified reclaimed wood products.

Pokéworks is located in 12 states. The first Washington location opened in downtown Seattle in October.
