All menu items are inspired by sustainable, seasonal, and natural ingredients.

Not only is the food a focus when it comes to sustainability, but also, much effort has been put into finding sustainable building material for the restaurant. Many of their locations use certified reclaimed wood products.

  1. Poke is our favorite whenever we are in Hawaii. Glad to see fresh Poke is now available in Bellevue. We will certainly stop by and enjoy each piece of spicy tuna or spicy salmon. Looking forward to next weekend.
