Pokéworks, a sustainable seafood restaurant, has opened its newest location in Bellevue at 222 Bellevue Way (Avalon Meydenbauer building) and is offering a buy one, get one free promotion on Saturday, August 12.

There are eight signature dishes on the Pokéworks menu, including; spicy ahi, shiso salmon, wasabi shrimp and scallops, and more. Diners can also choose to build their own poke bowl, burrito or salad. Offered as a side are hot miso soup, roasted seaweed, and mango coco jelly. All menu items are inspired by sustainable, seasonal, and natural ingredients.

Not only is the food a focus when it comes to sustainability, but also, much effort has been put into finding sustainable building material for the restaurant. Many of their locations use certified reclaimed wood products.

Pokéworks is located in 12 states. The first Washington location opened in downtown Seattle in October.
