The popular Suncadia winery and restaurant, Swiftwater Cellars has opened a second location in Bellevue on Main Street.

Don and Lori Watts are the owners of the restaurant and came up with the concept when traveling though Italy and France.

The menu features Northwest ingredients and comfort food flair.  The goal with the Bellevue location, according to the website is to have the rustic roots of Cle Elum with a modern twist of the city.

The new restaurant is located next to West Elm on Main Street. Swiftwater is is open for lunch and dinner beginning at 11 AM.

  1. OMG… the menu price is atrocious even for 98004.

I honestly don’t know people around Cle Elum are so rich lol.

  2. Warm and welcoming. The menu offers flatbreads to share or more elaborate selections, some large enough to split (which explains seemingly high prices on select items). The food is very good and the service is spot on. A nice addition to Main Street.
