Developer, GIS International, has a plan for a mixed-use six-story building at 930 109th Avenue NE. The project, GIS Plaza, recently received design approval from the City of Bellevue. According to the SKB Architects website, the mixed-use development will consist of 3 condos, 10 apartment units, 2,000 square feet of office space and 700 square feet of retail. The project has proposed a mechanical parking system that stacks the cars.

From 2007 through 2009, GIS International had planned for a condo project on this lot. The name of the project was European Tower and was planned as a 17-story condo project where each floor was a residence. The homes at that time were planned to be priced at $2M per home.
