According to permits submitted to the city, Bellevue-based commercial real estate company, KG Investment Properties, has plans for a 427,000 square foot project, which includes retail and medical office space. The project title is Bellevue South.
The retail space is expected to include a grocery store, as well as a 40,000 square foot Dave & Buster’s restaurant and sports bar. Dave & Buster’s offers food, drinks, bowling, video games and more.
Bellevue South is located at 316 116th Ave. N.E., next to Home Depot and REI. The new development will connect to the Eastside Rail Corridor.
