Bellevue Vuecrest Apartments Under Construction, Slated to Open in Summer

Bellevue Vuecrest Apartments are currently under construction and slated to open summer 2018.

Located on 100th Avenue Northeast, across the street from Vuecrest, the apartment building will be composed of five stories. There will be 137 residential units, as well as two levels of underground parking.

The developer, Continental Properties LLC, has another project in Bellevue on 102nd Avenue Southeast. Bellevue Parkside Apartments has an expected completion date of fall 2019.

    They’re actually called Lux Apartments.

    Looks like the only entry/exit is on 100th Ave NE. No entry/exit on NE 10th. Get ready for some traffic problems in that intersection. Anyone know if the city is planning to replace the 4-way stop with a traffic light?
