Bellevue Vuecrest Apartments are currently under construction and slated to open summer 2018.
Located on 100th Avenue Northeast, across the street from Vuecrest, the apartment building will be composed of five stories. There will be 137 residential units, as well as two levels of underground parking.
The developer, Continental Properties LLC, has another project in Bellevue on 102nd Avenue Southeast. Bellevue Parkside Apartments has an expected completion date of fall 2019.
