Park Central Bellevue’s townhomes are currently under construction and are slated to begin pre-leasing in the summer of 2019.
There are six townhomes, with two different available floorpans. They are located on 100th Avenue Northeast, next to the newly remodeled Boys and Girls Club of Bellevue and Bellevue Downtown Park.
These centrally located homes will include 3 bedrooms, 3.25 bathrooms, spacious kitchen that opens to the family room, and a Wolf Dual-fuel range with Bosch dishwasher and pull-down microwave. The home will also feature a keyless door entry, custom closet and shelving, gas fireplace and more.
The developer, Alliance MultiFamily investments, is currently working on 13 other projects across the Puget Sound area.
