Wonderbowl, a restaurant concept that offers hot and saucy grain bowls loaded with fresh whole food ingredients, is now open at Lincoln South Food Hall. Bowls are customized to meet dietary needs.

There are three main bowls featured; Fiesta Bowl, Sunshine Bowl, and Paradise Bowl. These are inclusive of fresh ingredients like warm quinoa, beans, avocado, broccoli, edamame and purple cabbage. Three different sauces are available; cilantro lime sauce, ginger lime sauce, and lemon turmeric sauce. All bowls have the option of adding spice-rubbed free-range chicken.

Grain bowls start at $8.95.

According to Andrea Ramos Moore, Wonderbowl Founder & Brand Director, “We chose Lincoln South Food Hall for its great Downtown Bellevue location. The Food Hall is beautiful and well-established by the Ascend Group. We saw it as an excellent opportunity to elevate our brand.”

Wonderbowl started out as a mobile food cart in Seattle in 2012. It began with the name “I Love My GFF” and was changed to “Wonderbowl” after being acquired by The Homegrown Group in 2019. Their plan is to open several new locations this year. Lincoln South Food Hall in Bellevue is the first dedicated location for Wonderbowl.

The Wonderbowl Location was previously Avo Poke, one of the original concepts at Lincoln South Food Hall since its opening in early 2018. They offered healthy salads, poke bowls and fresh juice.

Lincoln South Food Hall is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 3pm.
