According to a Land Use Application submitted to the City of Bellevue, a new multifamily residential project is being planned. Located at 123 108th Avenue Northeast, 123 Bellevue Apartments will include a 7-8 story concrete-wood apartment building with ground floor retail, some office space, and an underground parking garage.
The mixed-use project is planned to feature 79,020 square feet of apartment space, 108 parking spaces, and a proposed building on a site that is a total of 15,854 square feet.
The site is currently a one level commercial building with an empty parking lot. It is located between 2nd Street and Main Street on 108th Avenue Northeast, across the street from H-Mart.
We recently reported on a new development that will be located across the street from 123 Apartments, Main Street Place. It is a massive multi-use project that totals 1.4 million square feet. The building is planned to be 16 stories, with 400 residential units, 1500 parking spaces, 1,000,000 square feet of office space, and 90,000 square feet of retail space.
The project is in predevelopment stages and was applied for by Xue Wei Investments, LLC.
