Enjoy an intimate evening at home with your special person this Valentine’s Day as Central Bar + Restaurant prepares a delectable dinner to-go. Along with a set menu, Kyle, the Bar Manager, has come up with three hand-crafted specialty cocktails that perfectly pair with your meal.

The menu includes a spring mix salad, surf & turf entree complete with two jumbo prawns, garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini, and dessert featuring a chocolate peanut butter cake. The Valentine’s meal costs $85 per person.

Valentine’s cocktails include The Pink Starburst, comprised of Aperol, Giffard Orgeat, rose water, pineapple, and lemon juice, Raspberry Beret, which includes Titos Vodka, housemate raspberry cordial, lemon, and topped with Domaine Ste. Michelle Rosé Champagne, and Venetian Negroni, which has strawberry infused gin, La Quintinye Rouge Vermouth, and Aperitivo. Each cocktail costs $14 and can be taken to go.

The “Romantic Night In” dinner will be offered all weekend long from the 12th through the 14th. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance and guests can select their desired pick-up time between 4-7pm.

Roses and candles are available for purchase and can be added to any order. The dinner will be festively wrapped and packaged for the holiday.
