The planned assisted living and memory care facility, Holden of Bellevue, is welcoming Councilman Conrad Lee for an in-depth live discussion on aging in Bellevue.
The event will take place on Tuesday, August 17th at 11am. It will be held at the Bellevue Hilton. The address is 300 112th Avenue Southeast.
There will be giveaways and refreshments.
The new community will be located at 121 112th Avenue Northeast. The facility began construction in February 2020 and is slated to open in late fall 2021.
The senior living community is the first of a three-phase project in Downtown Bellevue. There will also be an independent living community in phase two, and a multifamily project in phase three.
The 7-story Assisted Living and Memory Care community is designed to offer urban surroundings and modern hospitality amenities. There will be 136-units that cater to residents needing assisted living while also reserving a separate community for memory care residents.
Residents have access to culinary experiences, public bistro, wellness center with a yoga studio and salon, family gathering spaces, activity areas, and more.
