As more guests choose to dine-in at restaurants, more eateries are adding breakfast and brunch to their menu options. We are highlighting two Downtown Bellevue restaurants that are now offering breakfast/brunch. Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi has added brunch to their weekend options, and TemSib Eatery & Bar now features daily breakfast.
Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi is now offering weekend brunch service every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Ascend is located on the 31st floor of Lincoln Square South.
The brunch menu was created with sharing in mind. Tableside brunch for the holidays has continuously been offered, known as “Carts & Carousels”. The Ascend team wanted to bring another unique experience to its guests.
Priced per person, the menu has been crafted into three different tiers, each with pastries, brewed coffee, and fresh juice included. Each guest may select two dishes from the menu for $65, three for $78, or four for $88.
Some of the brunch dishes includes steak & egg fried rice, chicharron chicken & waffle, fruitopia pancakes, and hash & eggs. There are also plates that are lunch-focused like spicy tuna prosciutto pizza, and tomato sushi roll.
Special cocktails have been curated for brunch like the Snuggly Duckling, Ascend Bloody Mary, and aspresso martini.
TemSib Eatery & Bar is now open for American and Thai breakfast and brunch beginning at 9am everyday. They are located at 1020 108th Avenue Northeast in Downtown Bellevue.
The American breakfast menu features items like two eggs with applewood smoked bacon, crab omelette, smoked salmon Benedict, Hawaiian scramble, avocado toast, ricotta pancake, and Mickey Mouse pancakes. The Thai classes breakfast menu features foods like rice porridge moo deng, kai ka ta, and Thai-American fried rice. Other options available include an open-faced wagyu and sides like chicken sausage, eggs, toast, and ham.
Breakfast is served between 9:30am and 2pm.
