Ice Monster is now open at Bellevue Square. The dessert shop is located on the first level next to Urbanity.

The menu features flavors like tapioca, mango, strawberry, coffee, matcha, and papaya. One of their favorite menu items is the Bubble Milk Tea Sensation, which has panna cotta, warm tapioca boba, and a sweet caramel sauce on top.
The company is a Taiwanese franchise, known for its cotton candy-texture shaved ice. It first opening in Taiwan in 1997.
The dessert at Ice Monster was rated one of the top ten best desserts in the world by CNN. It was also referred to as a “must go place” by New York Times.
