New renderings have surfaced of the commercial real estate project at 10655 Northeast 4th Street. The site currently houses the KeyBank building, with plans for new construction to occur in the front parking lot, fronting Northeast 4th Street.
The project is to construct a 3,172 square foot retail and restaurant pavilion to the existing KeyBank building site. There will be updates for a new outdoor plaza between the pavilion and existing KeyBank building, and the extension of the through block connector.
The outdoor parking lot that is currently behind the building will remain, as well as underground parking.
The property owner and manager is FANA Group of Properties. The nine-story building was originally built in 1971.
Initial plans for the KeyBank Building included demolition of the existing building. However, FANA decided against this and decided to use existing space on the property instead, according to a current tenant.
Referred to as FANA Four 106, the project originally included two-phases with plans to replace three existing office buildings with a 21-story office tower and a five-story office building with ground floor active use space and parking. Phase 1 was taking place at 350 106th Avenue Northeast, and Phase 2 at 10655 Northeast 4th Street.
This is great, that parking lot barely sees any use. More restaurants are always welcome! Looks like it’s gonna make it more pleasant for pedestrians to walk through here too! Nice.
