A two-phase Master Development Plan application was submitted to the City of Bellevue to replace 3 existing office buildings with a 21-story office tower and a 5-story office building with ground floor active use and parking stalls. The project recently received Design Review approval for Phase 1 of their plans.

The proposed development, FANA Four 106, will be located at the intersection of Northeast 4th Street and 106th Avenue Northeast. The 5-story office building will be situated at the current Key Bank site.

A 1-story retail pavilion, frontage, and other improvements on the current Key Bank location will take place prior to redevelopment of the 5-story office building.

Phase 1 includes both the 21-story tower, and the 1-story pavilion. This phase is required to be finished prior to redevelopment of the Key Bank site for Phase 2 of the project.

Phase 2 features the 5-story office building, retail space, and a public commons area.

We first detailed this project in February 2020. The address for the first phase is 350 106th Avenue Northeast. The address for Phase 2 is 10655 Northeast 4th Street.
