A new barbershop tailored to men has opened at Bellevue Place. It is located at Bellevue Place on the first floor. The address is 800 Bellevue Way Northeast, Suite 111.
The barbershop is named after Mark Jacob Baysinger, from Sunnyside, Washington. He created the company in 2004, offering grooming services. In 2012, he moved to Seattle and became the primary stylist for many of the Seattle Seahawks players.
According to the website, On The Mark is the artist of choice for the best styles in the industry including major league sports stars, entertainers, and celebrities nation-wide. Mark’s mission is to “set the standard in quality of technique and style.”

Also newly opened at The Bellevue Collection is Loli Waffle, a pop-up featuring croissant waffles on a stick with different flavored toppings. It is located within Chamei Matcha on the first floor of Bellevue Square.
Soon to open at The Bellevue Collection is the popular Japanese Mochi donut shop, Mochinut. It is taking the place of what was Freshii on the second level of Bellevue square. The doughnuts are a fusion of American doughnut goodness with the chewy allure of Japanese Mochi. There are 50 different flavors to choose from.
