New Korean Bakery Now Open in Bellevue

Cafe Joy, a new Korean bakery in Bellevue is now open. The address is 11004 Northeast 11th Street. It is located in the retail space on the first level of Ellington at Bellevue Apartments.

The bakery offers baked goods like croffles, and small bites like avocado egg toast, piadina ham and cheese and a chicken wrap. Also available are coffee drinks like a strawberry dalgona latte, strawberry matcha, and milkshake espresso, as well as tea and smoothies.

Open daily, hours of operation are from 11 am to 6 pm. 

The owners of Cafe Joy previously owned Blackbird Seattle, which was located across the street from the Bellevue Library. Blackbird Seattle offered pastries, mille-crepe cake, bubble tea and Stumptown coffee. It first opened in 2018.
