Urbal Architecture has received Design Review Approval from the City of Bellevue for SRM Polynesia, a residential project located on 102nd Avenue Northeast. Owned by SRM Development, the property’s existing condominium units were acquired for the project’s development.

The project has received Design Review approval to build a six-story residential building in the Downtown Residential zone. It will include 166 residential units, common amenities for residents, and 149 parking spaces. The plan also incorporates enhancements to sidewalks and landscaping along 102nd Avenue NE and NE 12th Street.

The ground floor will feature an entrance lobby and a fitness room exclusively for residents of the building. The project includes a two-level below-grade garage with 149 parking spaces, including 9 for visitors and 1 designated for van/carpool parking.

SRM Development acquired the site for $18 million. It is conveniently located within a short walking distance of Bellevue Square. We initially reported on the purchase in August 2021, following the acquisition of the condominium site.

Nearby, Wallace Properties owns a sizable site planned for a four-building mixed-use project currently seeking Design Review Approval and Master Development Plan approval. Spanning two phases at 1000 – 1100 Bellevue Way Northeast and 10451 Northeast 12th Street, the Bellevue North project will feature residential units alongside retail and restaurant spaces.
