Omo Thai Tea is set to open in mid-January at MARI Bellevue, located at 10232 Northeast 10th Streets, according to a representative for the company. This establishment will occupy a space of 264 square feet within a mixed-use retail area of the luxury condominium.

The menu will feature Thai tea, made from Ceylon black tea, milk, and sugar, along with soft serve. The project is classified as a non-structural interior tenant improvement for a tea shop in a newly constructed ground-level retail space. The restaurant’s design was developed by the owners, with Heywood Chan Architect serving as the record architect for the construction documents.

At this time, the company has not disclosed specific menu items or additional details, as their website is still in development and they are not ready to share further information with the public.

MARI Bellevue is a boutique luxury condominium in Downtown Bellevue, featuring 138 residences that include one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The building offers three levels of below-grade parking with 160 stalls. Residences are equipped with custom Italian kitchen cabinetry, paneled refrigerator and dishwasher doors, shower jets, and porcelain or stone tile work in the bathrooms.

Amenities at MARI include access to a rooftop area on the 20th floor, a private parlor known as the SkyClub, which features a full kitchen, fireplace, and double-height ceilings, as well as a landscaped SkyDeck with flame grill stations. Residents also have access to the Peak Fitness Center and Harmony Yoga Studio, as part of the building’s wellness program, along with a 24-hour concierge service.

Construction of the high-rise tower began in October 2021, incorporating a blend of traditional and modern design elements with influences from the Pacific Northwest.
