A new multifamily development, called Broadstone 200, is under design review for the site at 200 112th Avenue NE. The project involves demolishing an existing three-story office building and replacing it with two connected residential towers. One tower will be eight stories tall, and the other will be nine stories.
The project will include 304 market-rate apartments and 304 parking stalls located in an underground parking garage. The development will also offer several amenities for residents, including an indoor fitness center, a clubroom, an outdoor plaza, and rooftop spaces.
The design of the building, created by Urbal Architecture, includes a three-story concrete podium. The podium will have two stories below ground and five stories of residential space above. This will result in a total of 304 apartments across the two towers.
The overall size of the project will be about 409,269 square feet, including more than 3,370 square feet of outdoor space for residents. Additionally, the project will feature a 4,039 square foot fitness center.
Construction on Broadstone 200 is planned to begin in March 2026, with the project expected to be completed by summer 2028.
Originally, the site was planned for an office building with around 315,000 square feet of office space and some retail space on the ground level. However, those plans have changed, and the new proposal focuses on creating residential apartments instead. The office building was initially expected to open in 2025.
The applicant for the project is Alliance Realty Partners.
