  1. Ever since we lost Essential Baking we’ve needed a good place for dine-in sandwiches and lunch items! Can’t wait to try them.

  2. It’s another franchise bakery. I prefer small bakeries that people craft things from scratch over franchise chains.

  3. Macrina Bakery would have been a far better choice. It is local and truly has the best breads! Their restaurant is awesome and plus all ingredients are local and food hand made. What a shame.

  4. Yay a Korean franchise imitation French Pastry.

  5. I’m super pumped about this! I was introduced to Paris Baguette in the Denver area a couple of years ago. I started frequenting the Lynnwood location when I’m visiting family in Everett. The Redmond location is challenging because there’s very little adjacent street parking. I wholeheartedly support this very walkable location and glad to see Sam’s Tavern disappear. The food descriptions in this article are spot on, the pastries are fresh and delectable. PB has a loyalty program and an app to download on your phone and you’ll get a FREE pastry just for signing up. You can order ahead for pick up. Really looking forward to the opening however your article failed to even give a hint of when that might be (so many of these announcements are based solely on seeing an application for a business license, thus it can be WEEKS if not MONTHS before the place actually opens.
