London-based fashion brand COS has opened its first store in Washington State at Bellevue Square. The store covers approximately 2,454 square feet and was designed entirely in-house.

COS launched the Bellevue location with its Autumn Winter 2025 womenswear and menswear collections, which feature classic silhouettes, fine fabrics, and detailed tailoring.

The store includes furnishings and seating such as chairs, tables, and daybeds in the fitting rooms. Lighting throughout the space comes from colorful glass wall sconces and table lights in candy-colored hues.

The retailer is located across from Anthropologie and next to The Sweet Factory. Its hours are Sunday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The space was previously occupied by Eddie Bauer, which had a presence at Bellevue Square for more than four decades. Eddie Bauer originally opened at the mall in 1984 and unveiled a new flagship store in July 2010.

The store closed permanently on June 17, 2025, as part of a broader evaluation of the company’s retail locations, citing factors including expiring leases and changing market conditions. A company spokesperson said the decision was difficult but expressed appreciation for the relationships built with customers over the years.
