Avenue Bellevue has announced that Refine Beauty Salon will open at the property on December 1, bringing full-service hair, makeup, and nail offerings to the development. The salon will provide personalized services from experienced stylists and technicians, along with a range of treatments and professional-grade products.
To mark the grand opening, Refine Beauty Salon will offer guests a complimentary tote bag filled with premium haircare products, available while supplies last. Appointments can be booked through the salon’s website.
The salon will operate Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is located at 839 Avenue Square Northeast, where guests have access to two hours of complimentary valet parking.
According to the business, the salon will offer a wide selection of services, including eyelash and brow extensions and tinting, haircuts and color, manicures, pedicures, nail art, and more. Nail services start at $35, with women’s haircuts beginning at $85 and men’s haircuts at $80. Add-on services are also available.
Refine Beauty Salon is owned by Kieu Hoang Jorza, who began her career in the beauty industry in 1998 and opened her first salon in 2015.
Avenue Bellevue is a two-tower mixed-use development featuring luxury residences, retail, and dining. The project includes 141 Estate Homes in the South Tower and 224 additional residences in the West Tower. The InterContinental Bellevue hotel is part of the billion-dollar development located at 10300 Northeast 8th Street.
